Transaction terms

A displayed quote is valid for five minutes.

Before creating a Steam trade offer, we check your inventory and price again. The final amount is locked once this check is complete and the Steam trade offer has been created successfully.

For XMR payouts under USD settlement terms, the net USD value is fixed at sale acceptance. Any XMR amount marked ~ is an estimate and may increase or decrease with the exchange rate. After Steam protection and provider settlement are complete, the final XMR quantity is calculated using the CoinGecko USD/XMR rate when payout processing starts, rounded down to 12 decimal places. Payout fees are disclosed before confirmation; conversion and network costs are not deducted later from the confirmed net USD value. Previously accepted fixed-XMR orders keep their original terms unless the customer agrees to USD settlement.

You always review and accept the trade offer directly through Steam.

skinovi.ba will never ask for your Steam password, Steam Guard code or any other login code.

Before accepting a trade, check the items and the Steam account sending or receiving the offer.

Sending an item does not mean the transaction is immediately complete.

The transaction is completed when the Trade Protection period ends, which typically takes seven days, and the final status is confirmed. The exact end time is shown in the transaction details.

External payouts and withdrawals of sale proceeds begin after confirmed settlement. Sales paid to Marketplace Balance are available for buying skins as soon as trade protection starts.

After a completed sale or finally confirmed crypto deposit, the corresponding amount may be added to your Marketplace Balance in BAM.

The minimum crypto deposit is the equivalent of 25 USD using the exchange rate locked for that deposit. Funds are added to your balance only after final confirmation from NOWPayments.

Crypto-funded balance can only be used to buy skins and cannot be withdrawn. Balance earned from eligible completed skin sales can be used for purchases or available payout methods.

Marketplace Balance cannot be transferred to Trading Balance.

The item's displayed USD price is converted to BAM using the USD/BAM exchange rate locked when you confirm the purchase.

The final BAM amount is always shown before confirmation.

The final amount is reserved until the purchase is completed. If the purchase does not complete, the reservation is removed and the funds are returned to your available balance.

Trades use the current trade prices shown in the quote.

Any trade surplus becomes available in your Trading Balance when trade protection starts. If a trade is reversed, that credit is reversed too. If additional payment is required, it is taken from your Trading Balance.

Trading Balance can only be used for trades. It cannot be withdrawn or transferred to Marketplace Balance.

Before confirmation, we show the amount and limits for the selected payout method.

When you confirm a payout, both the BAM amount and the USD/BAM exchange rate in effect at that time are locked. USDC and USDT payouts are converted into the selected stablecoin. For XMR, the resulting net USD value is fixed; ~ XMR is an estimate. The final XMR quantity is calculated at the CoinGecko USD/XMR rate when payout processing starts, rounded down to 12 decimal places. Disclosed fees are deducted before this USD value is fixed.

While a payout is pending, being processed or has failed, the amount remains reserved.

The reservation is removed once the payout is completed or the cancellation is confirmed and the funds are returned to your balance.
