This notice explains what personal data skinovi.ba uses, why we use it, who we may share it with and what rights you have.
skinovi.ba is responsible for the processing described in this notice.
The operator's full legal name, address, privacy contact and Data Protection Officer contact, if one is appointed, must be published before this notice is approved and real transactions are enabled.
Depending on how you use skinovi.ba, we may process the following data.
Trade links and payout destinations are additionally protected and encrypted.
We only use personal data where we have a valid reason and legal basis to do so.
Depending on the purpose, processing may be based on providing the service you requested, compliance with a legal obligation, our legitimate interests in security and proper operation of the service, or your consent.
We only share data where it is needed to operate the service or where required by law. Each provider receives only the information needed to provide its service.
Some providers may process personal data outside Bosnia and Herzegovina, depending on their infrastructure and the configured service region.
For international transfers, we use contractual and other safeguards required by the Personal Data Protection Law (Official Gazette of Bosnia and Herzegovina, No. 12/25). Exact processing regions and safeguards must be confirmed before this notice is approved.
We use technical and organisational measures designed to protect personal data against unauthorised access, alteration, loss or misuse.
These measures include secure time-limited sessions, encryption of sensitive data, restricted administrative access and records of important changes.
We do not collect or store your Steam password or Steam Guard codes.
We keep personal data only for as long as needed for the purpose for which it was collected.
Transaction, balance and payout records may be kept for longer where needed for legal or accounting obligations, dispute resolution, security or abuse prevention.
Data that is no longer needed is deleted or anonymised unless we are required by law to keep it.
Adding an email address is optional.
If you verify an email address, we may use it for important account and transaction notices. Marketing email is sent only with separate consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
You can remove your email through your Personal Area where retention is not required for an active transaction or legal obligation.
Some information is needed for specific features. Steam information and a trade link are needed for Steam trades, while payout information is needed when you request a payout.
If you do not provide required information, we may not be able to provide that feature. Providing an email address is optional.
Under applicable law, including the Personal Data Protection Law (Official Gazette of Bosnia and Herzegovina, No. 12/25), you may have the following rights.
Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal. Some rights may be limited where information must be retained by law or for legal claims.
The contact for exercising these rights must be published before this notice is approved. If you believe your data has been processed unlawfully, you may complain to the Personal Data Protection Agency of Bosnia and Herzegovina or bring a claim before a competent court.
We do not use your personal data for solely automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects on you.
